These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and the services provided by E's Elite Detailing, a premier car detailing service operating in Ontario . By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. Please read these terms carefully before utilizing our services. 

Service Agreement E's Elite Detailing is committed to delivering exceptional car detailing services to enhance the appearance and longevity of your vehicle. When you book a service with us, you enter into a service agreement that outlines the specifics of the detailing work, including but not limited to the scope, pricing, and estimated completion time. We reserve the right to modify or refuse service at our discretion.  Payment and Pricing All prices listed on our website are in Canadian Dollar and are subject to change without prior notice. Payment for services must be made upon completion of the service unless otherwise arranged. We accept various modes of payment for your convenience, including cash, bank transfers, and major credit cards. Any modifications to the agreed-upon service after work has commenced may result in additional charges.  Cancellations and Refunds Customers can cancel or reschedule their detailing appointments up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Cancellations made within this window will not incur any fees. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 25% of the scheduled services cost. Refunds will only be issued for services not rendered due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.  Liability Disclaimer While we take every precaution to ensure the highest quality of service, E's Elite Detailing is not responsible for any pre-existing damage or wear on vehicles prior to service. Our liability is limited to re-performing the detailing services if they do not meet reasonable expectations based on industry standards.  Acceptance of Terms By using our website or scheduling a detailing service with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service. E's Elite Detailing reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. We encourage you to periodically review this section for any updates or changes.
